Booking

Where can I book my flights?
You can book your flights using LYGG’s online booking tool or the LYGG App, but first, you need to register on our platform.

I’m using a Travel Management Company to book my flights. How should I proceed?
If you’re booking through a Travel Management Company, you can either provide their contact details to LYGG’s Head of Customer Engagement and Success Katja Vainio, or ask your Travel Management Company to reach out directly to the her.

I’m a Travel Arranger and need to book for several people. How can I do that?
Please contact our Head of Customer Engagement and Success Katja Vainio, and the LYGG Team will set everything up for you. You will also receive clear instructions on how to complete the bookings.

I’m flying for leisure. Can I still book a flight?
Yes, you can. When registering, simply select ‘Individual’ instead of ‘Business’.

Baggage

How much baggage am I allowed to bring?
You are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. Additionally, you may bring a small personal item, such as a purse or laptop case.

You can check in one bag weighing up to 23 kg (incl. in price). If you need to bring additional baggage or exceed the weight limit, please contact our customer care team to confirm availability.

Tickets

I have received a confirmation email but where can I find my flight tickets?
Your ticket is available in the LYGG App under the ‘Trips’ section at the bottom. Simply tap ‘Upcoming Trips’ to view your travel details. Select your travel date to access the ‘Trip Details’, where you’ll find all the important information about your flight.

I need to change my flight, how can I do it?
You can change your ticket up to 7 days before departure. To make changes, please reach out to our Customer Care Team using the following form

How can I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket you need to log in to LYGG online booking tool or the LYGG App.

Instructions how to do this:

  • Go to Orders.
  • Select the flight you want to cancel.
  • Click Cancel (next to your name).
  • Accept the flight cancellation terms.
  • Confirm by clicking Cancel the flight.

Please note that tickets for this route are non-refundable and 100 % of the ticket cost will be incurred as a cancellation fee.

However, you can change your flight free of charge up to 7 days prior to departure by filling out this form.

Flight Operations

How many passengers are required for a flight to be operated?
The required number of passengers depends on the aircraft type LYGG will be using for the flight. This number may vary based on the size and capacity of the aircraft.

What will be the aircraft type for Sundsvall-Stockholm route?
LYGG plans to use the same aircraft size previously used on this route, but the exact type will vary based on demand for each flight.

When will I know if my flight has sufficient amount of passengers?
LYGG’s operations are confirmed two weeks prior to the departure date. If a flight has insufficient amount of passengers, you will receive an email from LYGG no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure.

If my flight is cancelled, will I get my money back?
Yes, if LYGG cancels your flight, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of the cancellation that will be credited back to your original payment method.
